1. Cancellation Notice
We understand that plans can change. To ensure that our tutors can efficiently manage their schedules and that all clients receive quality service, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any session cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• How to Cancel or Reschedule:

  • Email us at smartpath@smartpathacad.com

  • Use the cancellation/rescheduling feature on our online booking platform (if applicable).

2. Late Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time will be subject to a late cancellation fee.

• Fee Details:

  • A late cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee will be charged.

  • In cases where less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the full session fee may apply, depending on the circumstances.

3. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide any notice, this will be considered a “no-show.”

• No-Show Fee:

  • The full session fee will be charged and the session will be forfeited.

4. Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do occur.

• Procedure:

  • If you experience an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • We will review emergency cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and may waive the late cancellation fee at our discretion.

5. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

• Policy:

  • Rescheduling requests made within the 24-hour window may be subject to the late cancellation fee, unless an emergency is verified.

6. Refunds
For prepaid sessions, refunds for cancellations will be processed according to the following guidelines:

• Refund Policy:

  • Full refunds (or credit toward future sessions) will be issued if cancellations are made in accordance with the 24-hour notice requirement.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to the applicable fees as described above.

By booking a session with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
